Where is Will Call and Ticket Sales located at Thunder Mountain Amphitheatre?
The day of a concert/event, Will Call and Ticket Sales are located at the Thunder Mountain Harley-Davidson Pavilion, northeast of amphitheatre entrance.
What time does the gate open?
For most shows, the gate to TMA opens 90 minutes prior to the show time printed on your ticket.
What time does the parking lot open?
The parking lot opens 2 hours prior to the gate.
Where are my seats located?
All seating at Thunder Mountain Amphitheatre is general admission.
What features are available for patrons with disabilities?
Accessible parking is available in the paved parking lot, slightly northwest of the TMA gate. A valid, appropriate handicap placard or license plate is required. Guests should arrive early to secure a parking spot and reach their seats prior to show time. If this parking lot is full, transportation will be available to assist. Accessible seating is located at the top of the amphitheatre where the grass and the pavement meet. Accessible restrooms will also be available and are located throughout Thunder Mountain Amphitheatre.
Where should I park my car?
Parking is located in the dirt lot to the west of the Thunder Mountain Harley-Davidson dealership. This parking lot will open 2 hours prior to the gate opening. When the dirt lot is full, patrons will be directed to the Outlets at Loveland. A free shuttle will provide transportation to and from Thunder Mountain Amphitheatre. Where should I park my bike?
Motorcycle parking is available in front of the Thunder Mountain Harley-Davidson dealership.
What does it cost to park my car/bike?
Parking is FREE at Thunder Mountain Harley-Davidson and the Outlets at Loveland.
Can I tailgate in the parking lot?
No, tailgate parties are strictly prohibited in all parking lots.
Is there an area for "drop off" and "pick up"?
Yes. The drop off and pick up area is located to the east of the Thunder Mountain Harley-Davidson Pavilion. The traffic controllers will be happy to direct you where to go. Signs will also be posted to direct you. Drive cautiously and be aware of patrons and motorcycles. When picking someone up, be sure to arrive 20-30 minutes before the end of the show to avoid exiting traffic.

May I bring my own lawn chair?
No. For the safety of our guests, lawn chairs with legs and/or metal frames may NOT be brought into Thunder Mountain Amphitheatre. However, seat cushions, soft sided camping seats or stadium seats under 18" wide are allowed. No items with legs are permitted.
May I bring a camera or recording equipment (video and audio) to the concert/event?
Personal cameras are allowed in the venue. However, flash photography, video and removable lens cameras are NOT permitted without venue approval.
Are animals (pets) allowed?
No. Certified service animals are permitted. Each service animal must remain with its owner and be restrained.
If I leave something in my car, may I leave to go get it?
Sorry, we DO NOT allow re-entry into the event.
It's raining now-is the show rained out?
No. Postponements or cancellations of events due to weather conditions are beyond the control of Thunder Mountain Amphitheatre. Refunds for unused services, or allowance for the loss of enjoyment caused by weather conditions, will NOT be made by Thunder Mountain Amphitheatre. Customer assumes all weather risks, as there will be NO refunds for rainouts or other weather conditions, acts of Nature or other events that disrupt play. All ticket sales should be considered as "rain-or-shine" final purchases.
What type of food/beverage is offered at Thunder Mountain Amphitheatre?
Thunder Mountain Amphitheatre offers a wide variety of concessions including: hamburgers, bratwursts, hot dogs, pizza and select specialty food. Beverage service includes soft drinks, water, bottled beer, and cocktails.
Will alcohol be served at concerts and events?
When permitted, we will serve alcoholic beverages. To purchase alcohol, a person MUST BE 21 years of age and have a valid I.D. to receive a wristband. Alcohol will not be served to a person without a wristband. Wristbands are provided at the "I.D. Check" stations located throughout the amphitheatre. We reserve the right to refuse the sale of alcohol to a person appearing intoxicated. Public intoxication will result in ejection from the grounds. We also reserve the right to conduct secondary I.D. checks. Alcohol MAY NOT leave the concert grounds.
Is there an ATM at Thunder Mountain Amphitheatre?
Yes. ATM's are located throughout the amphitheatre and will be mark by "ATM" signs.
Where are the restrooms located?
Restrooms will be located throughout the amphitheatre.
Where is the "Lost and Found" located?
The Lost and Found will be located at the amphitheatre. A "Lost and Found" sign will posted. The day after the concert, please contact Thunder Mountain Harley Davidson for Lost and Found items.
Is camping allowed at Thunder Mountain Amphitheatre?
No, camping is not allowed. However, a variety of lodging options are available within close proximity to Thunder Mountain Amphitheatre.
What is the seating capacity of Thunder Mountain Amphitheatre?
Up to 4,464 people can be seated in the amphitheatre.
